Default A new forum...

I've been trying to start a successful MB for a while now, but everything that I used to make them about, i'm no longer interested in (yu-gi-oh etc etc) Most games I play already have a forum for them, and I doubt people at my school would use one. What do you suggest I try to make one about, and if I did, would you join?

I suggest you do not, all I ever did for a thread was one freewebs for various things wit a few friends, large scale ones hardly ever go anywhere.

You need to be willing to make a large investment into server hosting and (if you desire it) vBulletin (which is 180 dollars per owned license)

Not worth it if you ask me.

Freewebs forums rarely go over. I've never visited one more than once, and usually its accidentally found using Google search or something.

It's just a waste of your time and a waste of space on the Internets. What your friends might check every once in a while will probably be forgotten in a few weeks.

But hey, if you still want to go for it, do it, I'll be the last person to try to stop you. I'm just advising against it, because I can say with virtual 100% certainty that no good will come of it.
